for board evaluations or employee surveys; you can send

You can design your questionnaire from scratch in Survey Manager. You can personally choose from a variety of different types of questions, such as linear scale, checkboxes and free text. Choose exactly when and who you send your surveys to, whether the responses shall be anonymous or not, and whether there is a deadline.
