TeamEngine Collaboration Software AB, corporate id.nr. 5556533-1955 (“TeamEngine”, “we” or “us”), is responsible for processing the Personal Data that you provide when using your User Account for access to the Portal. When using the Portal, we ask you to provide information so that you can be identified (“Personal Data”).
Our user’s integrity- and data protection is very important to Us. The information you provide Us will therefore be processed and protected in accordance with this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) and applicable law. The Privacy Policy forms an integrated part of the Terms of Use. Defined terms in the Privacy Policy shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms of Use unless the Privacy Policy provide otherwise. You can always contact Us for questions about privacy and data protection by sending an email to us at support@teamengine.com.
By using the Portal, you accept our processing of Personal Data according to the Privacy Policy. You also accept that We use electronic means of communication to send information to you. Before using the Portal, it is very important that you read and understand the Privacy Policy.
It is voluntary for you to provide Personal Data to Us, but it is also necessary for Us to process your Personal Data in order for you to use the portal.

How do We process your Personal Data and why?
The Personal Data that you provide, or We access through the Portal allows us to provide the Portal so that you can use it. The Personal Data We collect, the legal basis and the purposes of the processing of Personal Data are listed below. Sometimes the processing of Personal Data is performed by a third-party, for more information on how we share information with others, see "Who do we share your Personal Data with?" below.

Your Personal Data that we process is saved during the time you have a User Account or as long as it is necessary to fulfill legal obligations or contractual obligations with the Portal Manager you have been invited by.
Where do We get Your Personal Data from?
The User Account and Portal have been designed to minimize the amount of Personal Data processed and We will only request Personal Data required for you to be able to use the User Account and Portal. Collection of Personal Data occurs when creating the User Account, when using the Portal and communication features and when you send Us any questions you may have.
How do We handle personal identification number?
We will only process your personal identification number when it is clearly motivated for the purpose of the process, necessary for secure identification or if there is any other considerable reason. We will always seek to minimize the use of your personal identification number by using, when it is sufficient, your email address instead.
Who do we share your personal data with?
As a main rule We will not disclose your Personal Data to third parties but if we do, it will be done in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We take appropriate and reasonable legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your data is handled securely and with adequate protection when transferred or shared with third parties.
- Portal-Manager: We will share your Personal Data with the Portal-Manager who has invited you to use the Portal, to fulfill our contractual obligations to the Portal-Manager and to use the Portal.
- Suppliers and Subcontractors: We may share your Personal Data with suppliers or subcontractors for the purpose of providing the Portal, thus fulfilling our contractual obligations to you, and for other purposes as stated in this Privacy Policy.
- Our parent company, subsidiaries and other affiliates: We may disclose your Personal Data to companies within our group of companies (We may provide you with a list with the structure of our group of companies upon request), for the purpose of providing the Portal and fulfilling our contractual obligations to you and for other purposes under this Privacy Policy.
- Authorities: We may disclose necessary information to authorities such as the police, tax authorities or other authorities that you have approved that We may provide information to or information that We must disclose according to law.
- Divestment: If We sell or buy a business or assets, or if TeamEngine or a substantial portion of our assets are acquired by third parties, We may disclose such information to such buyer.
We will never disclose your Personal Data to any third party who, under this Privacy Policy, is not authorized to access your Personal Data.
Do we transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA?
As a main rule, We will never share your Personal Data with anyone outside the EU/EEA, but if the Portal Manager who invited you is a foreign company, it means that your Personal Data is shared with that company. Because your privacy is important to Us we take reasonable and appropriate legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your Personal Data is handled securely and with an adequate level of protection that is comparable and at the same level as the protection offered in the EU/EEA.
What rights do I have?
You have a number of rights that you may claim, including the right to be informed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Below is a summary of the rights you have and how they work.

What does it mean that the Data inspection board is the supervisory authority?
The Swedish Data Protection Authority (Sw. Datainspektionen) is responsible for supervision of the application of the law, and anyone who consider that a company processes Personal Data incorrectly are able to file a complaint with them.
Update of privacy policy
We may make changes to the Privacy Policy. The latest version of the Privacy Policy is always available on our site or in “My Settings”. You will find information on the website or by email about updates that are of vital importance to our processing of Personal Data (such as change of specified purposes or categories of Personal Data) or updates that are not of vital importance to the processing of Personal Data but which may be of vital importance to you, well in advance before the updates start to apply. When we provide information about updates, we will also explain the meaning of the updates and how they affect you.
